PLEASE NOTE that if you wish to use your insurance benefits, I need to add you to my billing system at least one week before our first appointment. Timely communication is key to ensuring your services are covered. You are solely responsible for communicating with your insurance provider and learning about your deductible and any co-pays due for therapeutic services.
